Elizabeth & Alan
Congratulations to Elizabeth & Alan!! On our blog today a little preview from Lissie & Alan’s Wedding at Botanic Garden in Edinburgh. Perfect location for a Wedding Photography! I think it’s one of my favourite Wedding Venue in Edinburgh, specially at this time of the year. Full of blooming flowers and colours…just beautiful!
Photographing this Wedding has been a pure pleasure for us. After short and scenic drive from Edinburgh we arrived in Shieldhill Castle – a gorgeous venue surrounded by nature. The couple and the service has been great. As a Wedding Photographers we loved every bit of the day which help us to capture the Wedding in a beautiful way. The interiors of the castle were amazing and we loved the work that Kerry & David have put into decorating the evening venue. We really liked the idea with childhood photos of David & Kerry hidden under the guest tables and revealing stories behind them. It has been lovely, beautiful and fun Wedding!
After busy year and meeting many couples we’ve noticed that not everyone feels comfortable in front of the camera. We decided to introduce free pre-wedding session for couples looking for a photographer for their Big Day. We always meet with couples before their wedding anyway and during that meeting we will be doing free and relaxed photoshoot, where we can try some photo ideas and discuss all details. There is no obligation to book us after pre-wedding session!
We’ve met Sonja & Ian in Edinburgh Botanic Garden’s on Sunday afternoon. We had really nice walk and we talked about their wedding day with good cup of coffee afterwards. They were feeling a little shy at the begining, but we had great time and we took some really nice photos which they can use for their Save the Date cards.
Combining initial consultations with actual photo session is a great opportunity not only to discover our style of work, but also to find out more about us and how you feel at the front of camera!
love it, share it!
We would like to share some photographs from one of ours ‘Rock the Frock’ Session. It is relaxed, fun & unique session done after your Wedding. We just love the idea of a location photographs which can be done after your big day, especially if there in not enough time during the day. It can be traditional, contemporary or even styled photo – shoot. We offer this an extra session to all of our Wedding Packages as a complementary gift to bride & groom!

We had a pleasure to meet Sioned & Richard just few weeks ago. The weeding was simple, but beautiful. It was an Easter Weekend and the weather was amazing! We would like to share some of the reportage style photographs just now, but more to come soon from the ‘Rock the Frock’ Session.
love it, share it!
Would you like a piece of birthday cake? Little Eva just turned up 1 and we had a very fun birthday session. Her mum Alison baked this beautiful cake, but Eva was a bit shy to try it. We had to help her a bit and she was adorable! I’ve enjoyed the session a lot, it was so funny to watch little Eva’s reaction when she was trying the cake. She looks like she has been trying a lemon..I’ve tried it and it was very nice cake and all over me… Loved the session!
I know that Christmas is over…but I would like to share some of my favorite images from this year Christmas mini sessions. We had a lot of fun in the studio and also one unhappy model as she had to be an assistant this time. Normally our daughter doesn’t come to the studio with us. She get a bit jealous when she can’t be the one at the front of camera and mum had to photograph other kids, but that understandable… Happy New Year everyone!!
I’ve had a pleasure to meet Emily and her mum Mandy. Emily was a bit older than my regular newborns, but we’ve manged to pull this off. We did few different poses and she has been a bit to active sometimes… but this made us laugh! We decided to add a bit of Christmas to the shoots. I just love this little Christmas tree hat… She looks so cut in it!
